	R.J. (Jack) McDiarmid, MBA-Principal. After graduating with a MBA (Finance) degree in 1978, Jack gained experience in direct real estate lending with the Mercantile and National Banks in Calgary, Vancouver and Winnipeg, before joining the Montrose Winnipeg office in 1990. Jack moved to Calgary from the Winnipeg office in early 1995 to work with Rob on completing the acquisition of the Alberta Government’s $100 million ASHC portfolio. After successfully concluding that transaction, Jack and Rob formed a partnership to further strengthen Montrose Calgary. Email \| Vcard
	Kris Heron, B.Com. Senior Associate joined Montrose Calgary in 2002 after working in the financial services industry for three years. Kris has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Saskatchewan and recently completed the Diploma Program in Urban Land Economics from UBC. Email \| Vcard
	Leslie Shier - Closing Specialist joined Montrose Calgary in 2004 and has over 25 years of experience in commercial mortgage administration and lending, the most recent of which have been with a major life insurance company with responsibilities as a closing specialist. 	Greg Clayton, B.Com.-Senior Analyst completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of Calgary in 2005. Prior to joining Montrose Calgary in 2008, he worked with the commercial lending group of a Schedule I bank and was a partner in a general construction business. Email \| Vcard
	Laura Klein, Executive Assistant joined Montrose in December of 1998, after working for more than twelve years with diversified experience in the British Columbia mining industry. Laura is responsible for all aspects of office administration.
