Michael Nesbitt – Chairman and President, Montrose Mortgage Corporation Ltd. Michael resides in Winnipeg and has over 45 years of mortgage experience within the Canadian mortgage market.

Michael currently serves on the Investment Committee of H.E.P.P., the pension plan for health care workers in Manitoba. Michael has served on the Board of Directors of BPO Properties Ltd. and the Board of Trustees of the Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust. Michael is actively engaged in work with several community organizations, including acting as Chair of the Winnipeg Art Gallery Foundation Investment Committee and serving on the Ducks Unlimited Pension and Corporate Fund Investment Committee.

	Loreen Alexander - Vice President, Mortgage Servicing, joined Montrose in February 1993 and has extensive experience, and is responsible for oversight of all aspects of mortgage administration. 	Sonia Pacheco, Senior Mortgage Closing Specialist, joined Montrose in 2002. In her position as Senior Mortgage Closing Specialist, Sonia is responsible for loan closings and acting as liaison with investors, borrowers and CMHC. Email \| Vcard
	Tamara Hines, Mortgage Servicing Administrator, joined Montrose in August 2015 and is responsible for all aspects of post-closing mortgage administration. 	Dorothy Kolber, Mortgage Closing Administrator, joined Montrose in 2017. In her position Dorothy assists with all aspects of mortgage closing. Dorothy is responsible for lender direct fundings, mortgage renewals, and various administrative functions. Email \| Vcard
