Holly A. Dreger, Senior Vice-President. Holly joined Montrose in May 1990 as Vice-President, Administration after more than 20 years in the Investment Division of a major local life insurance company where she had full administrative responsibility for the Canadian mortgage portfolio. Holly's responsibilities include oversight of all administration staff, ongoing systems development and maintenance, corporate operations, and new and existing investor lender relations. Additionally, Holly advises all Montrose branches and other senior administration staff in the day-to-day aspects of loan commitments and fundings, documentation/security issues and default realization matters. |

Oksana C. A. Choptiany, BA (Economics), B Commerce (Hons.), -Vice President, Mortgage Closing joined Montrose in September 1985 and has extensive experience in all aspects of mortgage administration with particular expertise in loan fundings and realizations. Oksana is responsible for the oversight and active administration of all loan closings and fundings throughout Canada, including all aspects of documenting and funding mortgage loans. |

Loreen Alexander-Vice President, Mortgage Servicing joined Montrose in February 1993 and is responsible for all aspects of mortgage servicing including oversight of all payment processing functions, liaison with investors, investor remittances and reporting, monitoring and working with the branch offices on all aspects of mortgage renewals, administration and reporting on CMBS portfolios, compliance reporting and special projects. |
Janice Roffey-Accountant joined Montrose in 2007. Janice maintains the trust ledger; bank, investor and realty tax accounts; prepares corporate financial statements and budgets, and administers payroll and benefits. Download Janice's Vcard
Lise Huberdeau-Mortgage Servicing Administrator joined Montrose in 2001. Lise has fifteen years of diversified experience with a major financial institution and is responsible for all aspects of mortgage servicing, including mortgage payment processing, monitoring of all property tax accounts, loan confirmations, and investor reporting. Kelly Fillion-Senior Mortgage Closing Administrator joined Montrose in March 2003. She brings with her three years of loan administration experience from a Western Canadian financial institution. Amanda McQuaker-Mortgage Servicing Administrator joined Montrose in 2007 after completion of the Red River College Business Administration program. Amanda’s primary responsibilities include securitized loan set-up and reporting, tax and other reserve escrow analysis and maintenance and coordination of annual property inspections. Nicole Valenta-Insurance and Document Administrator joined Montrose in January 2001. Nicole’s current responsibilities include coordination and preparation of mortgage discharge documentation, renewal of Personal Property registrations and monitoring hazard insurance. Download Nicole's Vcard
Samantha Brown-Mortgage Servicing Administrator joined Montrose in 2008 with several years experience in mortgage administration in a local credit union. Sam’s responsibilities include payment processing and investor remittances, pre-authorized chequing file maintenance, responding to investor and borrower inquiries and provision of annual mortgage statements to borrowers.
